Returns + Exchanges
We do not accept returns, as each item is one of a kind and difficult to ship, as well as perishable goods. We do everything in our power to ensure deliveries are couriered to an available recipient based on the information provided by the purchaser, and handle any complaints on a case by case basis.
For non perishable items, such as skulls and gift cards, we can work with the client to arrange an appropriate exchange within 14 days, if appropriate. We also work on commissioned pieces, and can adjust per client requirements.
