RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ReturnsWe do not accept returns for change of mind, as each item is one of a kind and/ or perishable.. Our drivers have "authority to leave" the delivery in a safe place if no one is home to receive it, based on the instructions provided by the purchaser at checkout. If there is nowhere safe for them to leave your oder, they will return to studio and you will be charged a re-delivery fee. We recommend flowers are unwrapped and placed in fresh water as soon as possible. We are not liable for any spoilage or theft once delivery is completed.
We handle any complaints on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your flowers, please get in touch immediately within 24 hours to discuss options. Client satisfaction is important to us, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. Different flowers have different expected vase life. Some, such as dahlias and reflexed roses, are designed to impress but don’t last as long as others, such as natives. Please contact us for guidance when making your selection, or add into your order notes.
